Three-point diagnosis of psychogenic fugue disorder
There are three diagnostic criteria for psychogenic fugue disorder:
(1) The main obstacle is a sudden and unexpected trip away from home or workplace, when the patient cannot recall the past.
(2) Design a new role for yourself (partial or full).
(3) This disorder is not caused by multi-person disorder or organic psychological disorder.
The above are listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-III).
